MANUFACTURE TECHNOLOGY OF MACHINE CARTS

Machine carts already have been accepted as the most qualitative, reliable and strong equipment for shopping centers. By working out a machine cart were taken into account the moments  that this equipment is intended for enough active usage and their general "consumer" are kids — restless, very inquisitive and aspiring always «to get to the bottom of an essence» for anything getting in the field of sight. And it means that machine carts should be as much as possible durable and not giving any chance to be broken, at least, by a child.

The general role is related with the design of the cart body. Each consumer knows that the more elements contains in the design of any product, the more easier to break it.

Cart chassis,  is an element bearing the general work load.

It is made of metal profile, capable to sustain high pressure, which guarantees that the chassis will not be broken, even if a kid will behave in a machine extremely actively.

Certainly, many questions of durability of the machine cart depends on quality of material. Any type of plastic which can be broken by insignificant effort is not used for manufacturing of plastic cart body. We use the special strengthen plastic for manufacturing the body and other plastic parts. Moreover, the body has double layer plastic that is impossible to be broken. Even by direct mechanical strength as a direct stroke to a cart body is not capable to put it any harm.

The special attention at manufacturing of machine carts is given to drawing of a paint and varnish covering. After all this covering gives to a machine attractive appearance  that  kids so like and make them desire urgently to sweep in it and to make it once again at the first possibility. It is clear that the peeled off, cracked or faded covering is incapable to bring enthusiasm to a child. Therefore at manufacturing of machines we use the advanced technological lines of painting and the dyes showing excellent coupling with a plastic and metal surface.

As a result service life of such covering lasts within 3-4 years, and in case of restore it is possible without any complexities.
